A dynamic class, that balances energizing and finding calm, focusing on alignment and letting go, finding the joy in movement, as well as in just being. Using techniques of meditation, imagery, and breathing to stretch, tone, center and flow. [All Levels]

Suggested props:
Yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, bolster (substitute 2 folded blankets, pillow or couch cushion), soft 4-6" exercise ball,  2 tennis balls, 3 folded towels.
