This special series is hosted by Palma Manners. The series includes 4 - 30 minute sessions, in consecutive weeks. While participants do not need to take every session, it is encouraged as different topics will be shared.
Per day ticket is $15
This series will activate your core to keep your body in proper alignment. While not all the moves are core specific, they all involve some level of stabilization.
Each exercise will allow for modifications to allow the class to be personalized and “pain-free”. Woven throughout the class will be plenty of stretches and poses to reset the body and reconnect to the breath. The objective in this gentle, mobility-based routine is to cultivate a sense of joy and appreciation as you are moving.
