Myofascial Book Series (3/4)

Taught by Lauri Nemetz
April 18, 2024 5:00 pm · 1 hour 30 minutes Online

Get on the cutting edge of understanding the myofascial body - particularly yours!

The book series unwinds the material in The Myofascial System in Form and Movement, with author and instructor, Lauri Nemetz. Don’t worry if you don’t know much about this topic- all bodies and backgrounds are welcome to explore…and there are a lot of pictures in this book! By going through the book together you have Lauri as a guide, as well the ability to ask the tough questions. The series is divided into Part 1 & Part 2, which reflect the book as well. Credit hours for YA (Yoga Alliance) are available.
