Pranayama are various breathing techniques to control and enhance lifeforce (prana) within the body. Pranayama practice is also a stepping stone to achieve a meditative state of mind.
Mantras are sounds or vibrations that are ‘instrument of the mind’ to allow us to enter a deep state of meditation to heal the body and mind by promoting relaxation, stress reduction, mental clarity and deeper connection to one’s inner self.
