A slower paced alignment-based class geared towards those who need modifications due to aches & pains. Using meditation, imagery, energy and breathing techniques to stretch, tone, center and gently flow, while integrating pelvic floor, balance and core. [All Levels]
Suggested props:
Yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, bolster (substitute 2 folded blankets, pillow or couch cushion), soft 4-6" exercise ball, 2 tennis balls, 3 folded towels.
