As we welcome the New Year, this class will focus on three transformative practices: self-forgiveness, gratitude, and unconditional love—perfect for setting a fresh and meaningful tone for the year ahead.
We’ll begin with a self-forgiveness practice, releasing self-judgments and letting go of any regrets or perceived mistakes from the past year. This is a moment to embrace compassion for yourself and start the year with a clean slate.
Next, we’ll turn to gratitude, reflecting on the lessons and blessings of the past year while cultivating a deep appreciation for what lies ahead. This practice will help you open your heart to both the challenges and the joys that come your way.
We’ll conclude with a practice of unconditional love, setting the intention to approach the New Year with an open heart, giving and receiving love without limitations or conditions.
