Using practices, of self forgiveness, gratitude, and unconditional love.
We will begin the class with a practice of self-forgiveness, focusing on embracing and letting go of any self-judgments or perceived mistakes from the past. This time is dedicated to reconnecting with compassion for yourself.
The second part will center on gratitude, exploring how to cultivate a deep appreciation for everything that comes your way, both big and small.
Finally, we’ll close with a practice in unconditional love, learning how to open our hearts to love without conditions or limitations.
Mike Dinkel Mike is a Healer, a Cranial Sacral Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Somatic Emotional Release Therapist, Hands-On Healing, The Avenue of Expression Therapy, and a Vocal Toning Practitioner. Working both remotely and in person, with animals as well as people. He's also a Channel, Psychic, Rescue Medium, Dowser, and a teacher of these modalities.
