Karen Rider:
National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a certification in Functional Medicine health coaching and is a Certified Ayurveda Counselor. Additionally, she is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Instructor. She has led 200 and 300 hour level Yoga Alliance teacher trainings for over a decade. She has been teaching yoga for over twenty years.
She fully believes that our bodies, minds, and souls have an innate ability to heal, given proper guidance and tools. Karen thoroughly enjoys sharing the healing benefits of yoga, meditation, and wellness coaching to guide her students in feeling their optimal best!
She enjoys leading wellness retreats and workshops with a focus on health and wellness along with mindful movement and breath awareness.
