Charity - Holistic Cares Inc.
Holistic Cares (a registered 501c3) brings awareness and education of ‘holistic’ methods of "Deep Breathing and Meditation” for managing stress and anxiety to promote a balanced and harmonious life, thus enhancing quality of life.  The organization works through a variety of collaborations with academic institutions, large health care systems, wellness/health institutions, and medical professionals to create transformation in the field of self-care by helping them implement holistic self-care techniques to complement traditional medical treatments.

All net proceeds will be donated to the charity. Manjula Khanna, the instructor, is donating her time.

By booking this class, I understand that yoga includes physical exercises as well as opportunities for stretching, strengthening, and deep relaxation.
