This 60 minute Anusara inspired open level flow class will use the breath & sequenced postures that will increase vitality while also offering peaceful methods to open the body. Cultivate a mindful practice that helps to build endurance and strength, increase flexibility and balance.
In some classes, light hand weights may be incorporated into balance poses to help build strength, support bone health, and improve stability. All use of weights is optional and can be adapted to your comfort level.
