Yoga means "Yoking together the Body, the Breath & the Mind."
A yoga practice builds Strength, Flexibility, Mobility, Balance & Mental Focus.
In our practice I emphasize that whatever brings you joy or whether you engage in sports, stand, walk, play cards, or simply go about your activities of daily living, yoga helps you to meet your goals, to stay strong, & to be safe.
I also teach in Pranayama (breath practices), Pelvic Floor Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis and I am a Chair Yoga instructor. I love teaching groups and individuals in a judgement-free practice of Self Compassion.
