Join Dr. Marla for her fourth Pelvic Floor series of this season. Learn how our GAIT is related to our PF's (pelvic floors) ~ Walking is one of the best exercises both for our overall health & for our PF, and both PF & myofascial conditioning are great for our gait!
We will warm up with breath & myofascial techniques. Then, activate, energize & stretch muscles involved in ambulation, find connections with our PF's, and explore principles for an efficient gait.
"Bottom-up" approach, integrating our "floor" up into the rest of our core. In & around the chair.
